Doctorate Organizational Leadership

Gallup Certified Strengths Coach

International Coach Federation
(Certification in Progress)

Hello! I am an experienced educator, mentor, staff developer, coach and administrator. My career has allowed me to work with organizations, teams and individuals of all ages for over 32 years. I received my Doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of LaVerne. I am able to work effectively with a wide range of individuals, small groups and management teams. I am an active Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and will soon complete requirements for International Coach Federation (ICF) certification. Also, I am a National Certified Interpretive Guide.

Everybody needs a coach…a thinking partner. A coach can assist us in making sense of all the noise in our head and help us to address the challenges we face on a daily basis. As a former Principal, I know how important it is to nurture productive conversations and healthy interactions among all stakeholders in an organization so that our important work can be accomplished. It’s all about personal awareness and healthy relationships…and it’s a big job!

I invite you to contact me for further conversation regarding your unique needs, interests, and goals whether individual, or career related. I look forward to working with you and addressing your specific goals as you grow and contribute in the world.

“Relationships help us to define who we are and what we can become. Most of us can trace our successes to pivotal relationships.”
